Windows Mail Setup

First, Open Windows Mail. Then Click on "tools" at the top of the page, then click on "Accounts".



If there is already an email account listed in there, you can highlight it and delete it by clicking on the "Remove" button on the right. If you wish to leave it there, you can simply click "Add" on the right.





Click E-mail Account, then Click Next.





In the box next to "Display Name", type whatever you would like other people to see in the from field when they receive a message from you. Usually, people use either their email address or their full name. Then click next.






Add your email address-- ______@butler-bremer.com. Click Next.








This page should end up exactly as the picture does. Your incoming mail server(pop3) is mail.butler-bremer.com . Your outgoing mail server(smtp) is email.butler-bremer.com. Click Next.






Type in your username and password on this page. Remember Password can be checked.






Click Finish, and you are done. You can now close out of the Internet Accounts Box, and Check your Mail.
